T20-60 robot reducer flexible bearing testing machine is used for performance and life testing of flexible bearings of harmonic reducers with an inner diameter of φ20 to 60 mm. The driving mode of the testing machine is direct drive by a servo motor, and the loading method is a closed-loop loading method of "magnetic powder brake + torque sensor", which can achieve precise control of the loading torque. During the test, the speed, torque, reducer housing temperature, main body vibration and other parameters of the testing machine are monitored and recorded in real time. The screen displays various test parameters and curves in real time. When the bearing fails or the equipment fails, the machine will automatically alarm and shut down, realizing intelligent management of the test process.
