As a characteristic department of the company, the Testing Machine Development Department is mainly engaged in the research and development of bearing testers, covering aviation, aerospace, wind power generation, rail transportation, automotive industry, bearing industry, materials and other fields. It can design and develop non-standard testing equipment for aircraft engines, engine accessories, special bearings, precision bearings, bearing materials and other main engines and components. The test bearing inner diameter is 3-4000mm, the maximum test speed is 120000rpm, and the test temperature range is -196 ℃~+500 ℃. It has developed more than 300 sets of military and civilian bearing testing machines for major engine institutes, universities, national bearing quality supervision and inspection centers, domestic backbone bearing enterprises, etc. Some products have been exported to countries such as the United States, Italy, Singapore, North Korea, Germany, etc.
The development department of the testing machine has more than 20 middle and senior technical personnel, including 1 professor level senior engineer and 6 senior engineers. The personnel specialize in mechanical design, hydraulic design, electrical design, software design, and assembly debugging, and can provide turnkey services for testing equipment.
As the business department responsible for the research and production of bearing testing instruments in the company, the Instrument Development Department is committed to the technical research and product development of bearing specific testing instruments, gas lubrication, electromechanical software and other disciplines.
