Based on our high-precision, high-reliability measurement technology for standalone instruments, we have developed a flexible intelligent measurement unit for high-end bearings. This unit utilizes collaborative robots for flexible loading/unloading of test specimens and incorporates technologies such as visual recognition, rapid positioning/centering, and non-contact measurement. It is integrated into intelligent measurement systems tailored to specific bearing application scenarios.
As high-end bearings increasingly undergo domestic substitution, manufacturers' demand for bearing measuring instruments has shifted from standalone instruments to flexible, automated digital measuring instruments. High-end bearing users are placing increasing emphasis on bearing applications, conducting comprehensive re-inspection of critical performance indicators for incoming bearings, strictly controlling assembly processes, and evaluating component performance post-assembly. This necessitates bearing measuring instruments with high measurement accuracy, fast measurement speed, user-friendly operation, and one-click changeover capabilities. At the same time, there is a growing demand for integrated multi-parameter measurement systems and digital management system connectivity.
