Traction Motor Bearing Testing Machine Overview

Traction motor bearing testing machine is mainly used to test and evaluate the traction motor bearings of HXD1, HXD2, HXD3, HXN3, HXN5 electric locomotives and CRH type EMUs. The testing machine can more realistically simulate the use status of locomotive traction motor bearings, subjecting the bearings to corresponding loads, speeds, temperatures, vibrations and ambient temperatures for testing and evaluation. This testing machine is used for performance testing, thermal testing, high and low temperature environment simulation testing and durability testing of traction motor bearings for high-speed railways and subway rail transit locomotives with an inner diameter range of 50-160mm.

Vibration test system:

Maximum frequencies in the vertical, horizontal, and axial directions must be no less than 200 Hz.

Vibration accelerations in the vertical, horizontal, and axial directions must be no less than 45 m/s², 40 m/s², and 25 m/s², respectively.

Test control mode: Automatic/manual control, automatic recording, alarm shutdown.

Test parameters: Temperature, speed, main engine current, radial load, axial load, bearing vibration, wind speed, cycle steps, cycle time, automatic save time.
