The TAH20-70TF automobile wheel hub bearing mud testing machine can perform simulated durability tests on first-generation, second-generation, and third-generation automobile wheel hub bearing units in a mud splashing environment, based on different load and speed spectra set for the bearings. It can also be used for general durability fatigue testing of other types of bearings in the same size range.
Test bearing inner diameter: φ20～φ120mm;
Maximum load of test bearings: axial load ±25kN, radial load 35kN, accuracy ±≤1%, loading response frequency ≤0.5Hz;
Axial loading radius: 240mm~450mm, maximum radial movable length 100mm;
The maximum speed of the test spindle is 2000r/min, can be rotated forward and reverse, and the accuracy is ± ≤ 2%;
Measurement and control system: industrial computer automatically controls, monitors, prints and records experimental data;
Hydraulic system: the filtration accuracy of the hydraulic system is 5µm; it adopts a quantitative pump and water circulation system for cooling, and the oil temperature is not more than 65℃.
