Main function:
Cold rolling technique is one of the plastic shaping processing methods which on the normal temperature extrude and stretch the ring parts. It features refining blanks quality, reducing cutting, optimizing the structure, improving the bearing life.
With the level layout, the machine has cold rolling and plastic two positions. The machine has two work patterns; One is simultaneously cold rolling and plastic motion, the other is cold rolling or plastic motion respectively.
The machine uses PLC control system; the workpiece size control system and the position of main sliding block are detected by magnetic grating. The machine is driven by hydraulic pressure , featuring cold rolling and plastic pressure detection and protection. The machine has stable mechanical structure. Human machine interface adopts large scale color touch screen, which is convenient for interchanging between human and machine, and enable store the technical parameters of 20 types parts.
The new generation closed-loop control cold rolling machine adopts hydraulic servo control technology and is equipped with magnetic grid detection technology to achieve three loop closed-loop control of feed rate, position, and size, greatly improving control accuracy and stability; Utilizing industrial bus control technology to achieve precise linkage between hydraulic servo feed and machine tool actions.
