Main Feature

The bed and main components are made by resin-bonded sand molding technology, after artificial aging treatment, the machine has good stability. The structure of workpiece axis is sleeve structure, which is simple, reliable, high precision. Bearings adopt ZYS precision spindle bearings. Superfinishing mode adopts large reciprocating and high frequency small oscillation mode. Large reciprocating system is driven by servo motor and Ball screw, which ensure the  repeat positioning accuracy of equipment is 2μm. Movement guides adopt precision linear rolling guide, and screw bearings adopt ZYS products. Small oscillation system is realized by eccentric gear, which is driven by servo motor through the synchronous belt. Coarse superfinishing oilstone and fine superfinishing oilstone can be automatic transferred by CNC program. The amplitude and pressure of the oscillation oilstone can be adjusted steplessly. The action of oilstone pressurized, fast jump and self-compensation are completed by hydraulic cylinder. It can superfinishing flange of inner ring and outside surface of outer ring.

The equipment is controlled by Mitsubishi PLC control system or Siemens numerical control system, HMI adopt Schneider color screen or Siemens LED color display. Electrical cabinet is equipped with air conditioning , which can adjust temperature and humidity, and effectively protect the electrical components and prolong its service life. Enclosed equipment guard ensures the equipment safe and beautiful.
