Main Function
This machine tool is a three-axis linkage CNC internal cylindrical grinder, which can achieve high-precision grinding of inner holes and outer raceway surfaces such as cylinders, cones, crosses, balls, spherical bearings, etc. through the parameter settings of the CNC system.
1. The layout of the machine tool adopts a headstock that moves forward and backward to the processing range and is fixed. The feed and trimming of the grinding wheel frame are completed through two layers of cross worktables at the lower part of the grinding wheel shaft. The worktable is composed of cross roller guide rails, servo motors, and high-precision ball screws to achieve seamless, high-sensitivity linear motion and positioning accuracy ≤ 0.002MM.
2. The grinding wheel shaft is a high rigidity, high-precision dynamic and static shaft. The radial and axial runout of the grinding wheel shaft is ≤ 0.002mm, and the dynamic and static pressure shafts are operated by an independent hydraulic station.
3. The trimmer has a trimmer bracket, adjustable diamond pen holder, arc trimmer, servo motor, and other components. Cooperating with grinding wheel components can achieve the trimming of different grinding wheel profiles.
4. Cooling system: composed of a magnetic separator and a water tank.
5. Electrical components consist of electrical components and numerical control systems. The electrical components adopt Schneider, Delixi, Chint or equivalent electrical components from France, and the CNC system is Siemens 828D CNC system from Germany or Wuhan Huazhong Grinding Machine Special Edition CNC system. The parameter setting of the CNC system allows for the correction of different shapes and contours of the grinding wheel.
6. This machine tool is equipped with a fully enclosed casing, a rear backpack style electrical box, and a front rotating control console.
