Main function
The machine can grind the rotating shuttle components of sewing machine.
Equipped with Japanese MITSUBISHI control system,the grinder can dynamically display the grinding process by using plasma touch screen.
The wheelhead & the work feeding system are equipped with high precise &preloaded cross roller guide way to ensure rigidity and long service life.
Feeding system is driven by MITSUBISHI servo motor&ball screw,can realize high precise faster approach&high sensitive slower feeding.
The machine has high power electric spindle and the speed of the workpiece spindle is regulated by frequency convevter.
The wheel dresser adopts the roller dresser.Roller shaft adopts ZYS precision matching bearing,which has high precision and good stability characteristics.
Enclosed machine guard has beautiful appearance&safe function.
